We have three nice sit on top Kayaks that are our personal Kayaks and are noted as not for guest use. We will however entertain renting one or more for a small extra fee if you desire, just ask. Feel free to check the lake levels for your trip (http://www.lakeguntersville.info/Level/). 595 ft equates to approximately 4 ft levels in the boathouse. We just bought a new double oven for the kitchen and a new grill (picture is in with lakehouse pictures). It can do propane, charcoal, or smoking. We provide the propane. If you want to use the other features come prepared. FYI....Guntersville Publix will deliver groceries to the front door if you don't want to pack groceries..

Once upon a time, this charming house was converted from an army barrack and floated down river to the current location. It is located directly on Lake Guntersville with lake access from the property. There is a boat ramp nearby and parking for boats/trailers onsite. The house has three bedrooms with queen sized beds and one bedroom with twin beds. There is also a queen sized convertible couch in the living area. The house has 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, laundry, dining and common living area. We offer free WiFi, cable television (two bedrooms with televisions and one in living area). A DVD player is also available. You may bring your smart TV device for streaming your favorite shows. An outdoor grill is available. During the winter and spring months, we do have a water issue in an area of the yard as we believe there is a cold water spring on the property. This is actually TVA property so very little can be done to correct the drainage issues at this time. This house has been in my family for two decades but due to work schedules we aren't able to be there as often as we would like. Until the time comes to move there full-time, we enjoy sharing it with others.
